Post Auction Instructions
How to Pay for Your Bid: Checks should be made payable to RTCA PA Div, Inc., coded the Jan Michael Fund, and mailed to Don and Jane White, 2259 College Ave A-2, Bensalem, PA 19020. Be sure to include your bidder number, the item(s) you are paying for, and an address for shipment. The payment and items will be recorded and your check forwarded to the treasurer of the Race Track Chaplaincy of America Pennsylvania Division, Don Hogeland.
Receiving your item: As soon as your check clears with the treasurer, your item(s) will be shipped to the address you designate. Notification to the farm of a sold season will be sent to them and to you.
Unsold Items/seasons: "Please do not hesitate to contact us about any unsold items or seasons which may still be available through 9/25 at donor discretion. We will contact the donor for you" & give the email you've been using for the bids and/or my email address and/or my phone number.
Receiving an acknowledgement of your donation and/or contribution: A thank you letter of acknowledgment will be sent to you with the signature of an official of the Race Track Chaplaincy of America, Pennsylvania Division.
